Digital Help: Design & Build with Confidence

Who is Peter Venoit, Jr.? I’m a Dad, a Designer, & a Disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ.
As a User Experience Designer, that means I’m the User Advocate when relating to the leadership and technical departments of businesses and products. In other words:  I’m the Detail-Hunting Counselor, crafting Good User Relationships by finding the Gaps, Restoring the Breach and warning against potential future issues.

Professionally, I aim to focus on understanding your “WHY” so we can better serve your “Who” and “What” on your behalf:
The Who: The End-User.
The What: Making Good Content that matters and is easy to use.
The Why: The Reason Users should come and use YOUR Product/Service.

Save time & money by investing in building the structures that facilitate a better Brand Relationship with your Clients

Have you considered: There are users you are missing out on your products and/or services, simply because they don’t know what it is or why they should care? By auditing a user’s experience interacting with your business, you will uncover the factors needed to build a strong relationship between your target users and your brand right now. Simply put: You should know why they chose not or failed to choose you.

We all need help to see our blind spots.

Let me come alongside you and address any breaches in your brand experience, so you don’t waste your time and your Clients have the best experience interacting with you.

Design Matters.

Good Designs are the Alfred to your Batman.
The Sam to your Frodo.
The Aaron to your Moses (minus the whole Golden-Calf incident).
